About Thomas Fredet

Born and raised in Paris, France I moved to Kauai six years ago to support a career opportunity for my wife and we both fell in love with this mystical island we now call home.

I love traveling and exploring new cultures.

Besides Paris and Kauai, I've lived in New York City, Santiago de Chile and Salamanca (Spain) and I've traveled to all inhabited continents.

I have always had a passion for all things relating to Real Estate and have experience in both Europe and the United-States. I made my first deal in 2008 in Paris. I was betting that the low inventory in this uniquely rich city was more influencial on price trends than the ripple effects of the financial crisis. Turns out I was right. I have never looked back since.

Prior to launching my Real Estate buisness, my professional background is in Urban planning, development, housing policies and Fine Art sales.

I speak fluent English, French, Spanish and some German.

Since moving to Kaua'i, I have personally developed and sold properties- including the building of a new home and creation of a "CPR"- a common legal tool here in Hawaii to divide ownership of a parcel without having to sub-divide it. Please check out my blog post if you would like to learn more about it.

Residential real estate is special in that it is both a necessity for the present and an investment in your future. My team of experienced professionals and I would be honored to serve your real estate goals here on Kauai.
